What hobby have you given up on several times, but for some reason keep coming back to?

I’ve been playing the piano my whole life, but for years I’ve kept putting this hobby on hold for long stretches of time. In the end, though, I always come back to it. My grandmother made me start playing the piano when I was a child, which is probably why I want so badly to get rid of this hobby. Yet something keeps pulling me back, and here I am again at the piano, playing some pleasant, calm, made-up melody.
