[Casual] How well would your friend group survive a crisis together? Personality + group dynamics quiz (anyone, 18+, ~5 min)

I built a quiz that places you in one of six archetypes based on how you'd behave in a crisis — Captain, Anchor, Quartermaster, Diplomat, Spark, or Scout. It works solo, but the interesting part is comparing with other people: partners, friends, or a whole group of up to six. The compatibility score shifts as people join, and the group dynamics change with composition.

The model draws on Belbin's team-role research and Palinkas's work on Antarctic crew dynamics - actual literature on small isolated groups - so it's at least loosely grounded rather than pure vibes.
