Nicole or Sandrone?

Nicole's banner is ending soon, and I still can't decide between her and Sandrone. Both have pros and cons, and both would have somewhat "incomplete" teams on my account.

Nicole: I have Durin, but no Varka. I could use Venti (C0R1) as my DPS.

Sandrone: I have Yae, and she'll likely get more teammates in future patches. Also, Ganyu is currently my only Cryo DPS.

Sandrone feels like the obvious pick, but the "supports are always worth pulling" part of my brain keeps pushing me toward Nicole.
