Steam card verification how do i get my money back

I added 10 us dollars to steam and went to buy a skin from the steam market. Steam wanted me to verify that the visa card belongs to me. steam made a transaction of 1.52 and 1.48 dollars (70.44 tl and 68.55 tl) but steam did not accept the numbers and said to contact the bank to learn the real transaction money. They could not provide me with the exact values and i lost my money. After that i deleted my card from the steam payment method and added it again. How do i get my money back?
