Career path for future in tech

Guys , I recently completed my bachelor in Computer science, applying for masters and giving govt job exams, but I don't know what tech field should I go in, like I know and can build full stack websites, just not scale it bigger and I don't know what field to go in like I need to earn money, that's my prime goal. I like programming but I like money more, and with with ai stuff going on, I need help with deciding what I should do, like should I go for cyber security or stick with web dev (if web dev what specific stack should I follow to be future proof), or go with mobile dev? Or is there any other domain I can dive in? I just turned 21 guys have mercy on this pitiful soul, anyway, even if you ain't expert in this field, please do give your opinion as it is important.

Thank you and help a guy in need dude!
