“Why is obtaining an Australian visitor visa becoming increasingly difficult for residents of India and Pakistan? Even applicants with strong documentation, substantial bank balances, and good travel histories seem to face refusals. Why do applicants from these countries appear to be scrutinized more heavily, while applicants from some other countries can receive visas with less travel history or fewer supporting documents? Is this based on genuine immigration risk assessments, or does it reflect bias or discrimination?”
