Surfacing LOQ action limits per lab
A very interesting data point was raised by u/nystateofkind, the LOQ threshold can be different by laboratory (which can have variations across reports as well).
This can effectively mean using a lab with a higher LOQ action limit if <LOQ is treated as ND can avoid additional scrutiny.
You have 0.18 lead? A lab with LOQ action limit threshold of 0.2 would be <LOQ, another lab with more finite calibration can end up with a result.
<LOQ looks better than literally any number in "result" but can have the same implications.
Most of the numbers were already extracted to the raw SQL database, but I had not processed them into the parquet and front-end data models for surfacing. This also surfaced some data normalization gaps I'm working to close in a few days, probably. It will be an iterative approach, so you might see some base data layered in before full granular data is accurately surfaced.
