Guys help my sister choose a college(NITW BIOTECH vs NIT AP ECE)

Iam an NITW student myself but I have no idea about how it is inside biotech, from the outside the research opportunities and higher studies opportunities seem alright. What about placements??If given NIT AP ECE vs NITW biotech, which one should she choose? Idt NIT AP is THAT good tbh even considering that she gets ECE. What do y'all think??
