Anybody dealing with Mental Health Issues ?

Currently 19 yrs old diagnosed with SAD and MDD by my Psychiatrist. Currently on Medications and Therapy. It feels heavy to deal with everyday but hoping to recover soon. I am assuming it would take minimum of 1 year to recover fully especially in my case because mine is long term. If anyone going through similar issues would like to share their experience, it would be helpful 🩵.
