RCES Retake Question

I took my first RCIS exam and unfortunately did not pass. Right after I finished the exam, I went onto the CCI portal and registered and paid for another exam before realizing there is a 45-day waiting period before retesting.

It’s now been almost 3 months since my last exam, but I still have not received the authorization to test email. I’ve tried contacting CCI multiple times by both phone and email, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone, and I haven’t received any responses.

Has anyone been through this before or know what I need to do to move forward? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
