Meta BUG? Instant spending but no data available. They are writing code with their toes.

I created a new ad group 10 minutes ago with a daily budget of $50, and it instantly cost $20 in 5 minutes with no clicks. Similar things happened to more than a dozen ad groups in my other four ad accounts. I don't mind the system spending money like it's stealing, it needs to give me some data to analyze. But it can't be so blatantly stealing!
