How to get Graceful Fox outfit and Crismson Cloud hair as a F2P and new player?

Hello! Is it possible to get them as someone who has just started the game? I'm just level 40. It says I have guaranteed legendary within 100 draws.

I really like how they look together and I feel like if I manage to get them, I won't need any new outfits for a long time xD

I don't know much about the pity system or how it works and I'm also not sure how to get more of those golden Melodies. That's why I thought I'd ask experienced players here.

If you have any advice or suggestions, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
