Could anyone help?
From left to right:
Image 1 shows my foreskin retracted while flaccid.
Image 2 shows the natural position of my foreskin during an erection, without any manual retraction.
Image 3 shows me manually retracting the foreskin as far as I can comfortably without pain, before it starts to feel tight.
My foreskin has always been like this.
Although I completed two periods of treatment in the past (the first without betamethasone and the second with betamethasone), each lasting a little over a month, I did not notice any significant or lasting improvement in foreskin retractability or tightness.
Because I did not notice any meaningful improvement, I discontinued both treatments after approximately one month.
Based on this, how do you see it? Has any of you managed to get improvements coming from a "mild phimosis" like mine? From what I 've read in this forum, people with severe phimosis tend to get results, but in cases like mine there's much less cases discussed here.
Many thanks!
