Extreme Hyperemisis

My Sister is facing the situation currently

And it is getting worse day by day

She keeps on vomiting her chest pains like nothing she keeps on tapping her chest with her fist.

Her back pains so much

Whatever she eats she vomits.

She hasn't slept for 3 days continuously.

We have changed 6 hospitals till yet

Can you guys give me solution?
