Any promising real estate investment opportunities in and around Jammu?

Hi fellow Jammu redditors,

I'm looking for real estate investment opportunities in Jammu which have highly promising upside potential and would preferably benefit from any government approved projects within a 20 km radius from the city centre. Could you please help a brother out?
