Older Dark Science Fiction Romance Books (70s, 80s, 90s)

What old school sci fi books with romantic or erotic subplot can you recommend?

Until now I read only sci fi without romance (like Dune, Enders Game) or fantasy, but I love the sci fi feeling in older books and want to start something new.

I prefer darker ones (I have no triggers).
