period relief on sertraline?

it seems like there is none, i think i have something wrong with me because my periods are always incredibly painful to the point im bed bound and spewing for the first couple days every month since i was 11 and my saving grace besides boiling hot water bottles is ibuprofen and co-codamol! two medications that i can’t take with sertraline or i’ll die?

and because sertraline has an effect on your blood obviously it effects periods too so what am i even supposed to do? it came days early, i’ve had no time to prepare, paracetamol on its own doesn’t do much for my pain and with pmdd my periods already make me miserable and now i can’t take the only pain relief that i know works for me. im so tired of side effects and now this has really done me in i want to give up on antidepressants :(
