Is it just me or does this game encourage taking breaks?

Question

I am a casual player. I have a full time, a newborn, my older two are preschool and elementary age and home for summer, and of course my partner isn’t the biggest fan of video games so I don’t get to play much of anything at all save for some Minecraft with the kids every now and then. Since my newborn’s arrival though I’ve taken on the night shift so my wife can some actual sleep. So this means, lately I’ve been able to take on some longer sessions than usual, I’m talking 2-3 hours at times while the baby sleeps before and after feeding and changing the little bugger. And this is where my question comes in… after a while, say maybe two hours, the game immediately changes. Around the the hour 45 mark, ARC becomes more aggressive, it suddenly feels like it’s hunting me and not the other way around. I also don’t have a problem with PVP’ers I just happen to lean towards the friendly PVE lobbies because I find that closer to my style. But again, closer to the two hour mark, suddenly I’m getting blasted by muted, no call out raiders. Like I’m getting thrown into intentionally PVP situations without me having ever even aimed in the general vicinity of another person in days. I’ve noticed this happen a couple of times. I usually would chop it up to the weird ass hours I’m online except, I’ve essentially tried this out morning, afternoon, evening and late late night and extremely early morning times. It’s always the same … you stick around too long and, much like staying topside too close to the cutoff, you definitely start to feel the pressure. Has anyone else noticed this? I know they’re supposed to have a pretty decent match making setup to put pvp’ers with other pvp’ers and the same with the care bear lobby enjoyers. Any shot they also have a way to encourage taking breaks to avoid burnout? If so, that’s pretty cool … if not, am I just imagining things? lol
