Daily Backpack (Cotopaxi Allpa 26L vs. Osprey Quasar 26L)

I'm currently trying to look for a new backpack to use for college that's around 25L. So far the 2 backpacks stated in the title caught my attention and are really close to perfect. If anyone can share some experiences using either backpack, or have alternative suggestions, please let me know! I really apprecuate any feedback

What I'm looking for:

• Important: Laptop (14 inch) and tablet (13 inch) sleeves; no preference whether it's a dedicated compartment or combined with the main compartment.
• Around 25L - I don't carry that much stuff but occasionally shove a jacket in there
• Fairly lightweight and comfortable
• $150 or less
• Multiple organization pockets (preferred but not necessary since I organize smaller items with separate pouches)
• Side pocket that can fit a 30oz water bottle
• Compression straps that does not cover any zippers

Cotopaxi Allpa 26L

Pros: Great organization - has two front pockets and even more organization in the main compartment. Also a great-looking bag.

Cons: I heard it's not that comfortable, and back panel is a tiny bit flimsy so the laptop sometimes hits the bottom if dropped down fast

Osprey Quasar 26L

Pros: Comfortable to wear, compression straps, more durabe(?)

Cons: No organization in main compartment other than an extra document sleeve. The organization panel kind of lacks pockets, and it's one big compartment.
