Need a genuine advice about a match I met ?

I met a guy, we spoke for a few weeks and he is genuinely very compatible to me emotionally but not in a lifestyle

He works in a demanding field and works 10-11 hours per day 6 days a week and he told me clearly he rarely gets any leaves and even after marriage he won't get more that 3 day leave and same goes for childbirth or any occasion...he is unlikely to get any vacations either

Now i work in a different sectors 5 days a week come back on time and get good amount of leaves and i love vacations with my family twice a year

What scared me was that as I'm also working and he have a hectic life ...and he made it clear he have no plan or option to escape this hectic life atleast for the next decade I will have very less time with a partner and specially after kids I'll have absolutely no time with him ...and idk how much time he will have for his kids even

I am feeling very guilty to reject him solely because of his work hours and lack of vacations...am i overreacting and overthinking? Should I just go ahead with this ?

Am i probably being immature or childish to want more time and more vacations and overthinking about post kids life ?

My parents are advising i should prefer guys in government sector or stable business as well ...is it healthy ? Or I'll miss out ?
