Wall Street is about to see something completely crazy. A massive tech giant is going public on June 12, and the founder is breaking all the usual rules. Instead of letting banks set a price range, he just fixed the price at $135 per share. Take it or leave it.

They want to raise a massive $75 billion. This would value the whole company at a shocking $1.75 trillion.

The company is Elon Musk’s SpaceX, trading under the ticker SPCX.

But here is where it gets weird. They aren't just selling rockets anymore. Earlier this year, SpaceX merged with Musk’s AI startup, xAI (the makers of Grok). Now they are pitching a future full of space-based, solar-powered data centers.

Are the financials actually safe? That is the big question.

* The Losses: The company lost $4.94 billion in 2025. That is a huge drop from their profit in 2024.
* The Reality: Right now, Starlink is their only real cash cow.
* The Valuation: Wall Street is split. Morningstar thinks the company is worth only $780 billion. That is 48% lower than the IPO price.

Still, retail investors might get up to 30% of the shares. This debut could start a massive wave of other AI listings like OpenAI and Anthropic.

Are you buying into this hype, or is a 93x revenue multiple too insane for a company losing billions?

The biggest tech debut in history is happening next week, but the numbers look wild
