Cengage is pissing me off. Is there no other way to access my book?

I've already used Cengage in the Spring semester, and I sorta just pushed through because my professor always linked us to the exact chapter needed for certain assignments, and some work I didn't need Cengage at that time. But now, it's the main program being used, and the link given for my summer class is just taking me to the main page where it shows all the 'pages' of the book. It's so CRAMMED. I can't even find where Chapter/Module 1 is! And the search is useless to find where answers are, because it shows me 1,000+ results (not exaggerated at all, I searched 'Microsoft Office 2021' straight from a question on my assignment and got 1,011 results somehow). And when I go to a 'page' to try to read through, there isn't even a next button, so I figured I have to go back to the front page and click the next page from there. Come to find out I can't even go back either, it has me stuck there unless I refresh the website, and then it basically crashes and I have to re-open the whole thing! I already emailed my professor about how I'm struggling to use this program and can't find the answers to the assignment questions, but all she said was that all of the books were through Cengage last semester, and I should have a Cengage account already. Very helpful. I'm hoping there's some other way I can access my book that I don't know about.
