What is your "Maximum interval" setting?

How many of you have been using Anki for many years? What is your "Maximum interval" setting?

I'm asking because I'm trying to decide whether I should put into Anki an information I know very well, but may forget in 1-2 years - and there are just too much stuff like this.

I noticed that I need to vote Easy on a card just 3-5 times to make an interval of 10 years long. So in a short term it is not a problem.

But if we take the default Maximum interval of 10 years. And just imagine that I make a card for every word of my native language, which I know (~50k). That would be +13 cards per day in ideal situation.

Lets multiply it by 2-3 to make it more realistic and we get +40 cards day - pretty sensible amount. And I bet I know much more things than words.
