Shaving irritation

Im getting laser and soon electrolysis but i shave daily sometimes twice because i do have stubble but theres red marks and acne all over my face and neck

I shave with the grain then against i have tried all sorts of razors and skincare methods but still red irritated etc what else can i do? Does anyone have any tips or methods that worked for them or do i just have to deal with it until laser or electrolysis does its work.
