Welt or SW as 3rd slot

My current team is Acheron, M.Blade, and Hyacine. Should I use Welt or base SW (both E0) as my 3rd slot character, or am I better off using one of the 3 DOT queens, or a Harmony character (I have Sunday, E2 Ruan Mei, E1 Robin, Bronya)
