Reselling a radiator?

Hey all, got a question. I have an alphacool nexxxos xflow xt45 240mm that I used with clear coolant for a couple weeks before I upgraded to the twin 360s and finished my first build. It's in near mint condition. Is there a resale market for it? If anyone is interested I can provide any photos needed via message later today. Thanks!!
