WKSP dead cat bounce?

WKSP is currently valued well below their total assets + liabilities. The price is near 52 week lows and has plenty of short interest. I think the price is so low due to transient cash woes, needing to dilute to pay bills until they move inventory. Seems to be a good candidate for a dead cat bounce, might be a hold (until it goes up closer to asset value at least) once it comes back down and the threat of dilution is minimized. 300 shares in my play account.
