Anyone owned Salomon Techamphibian 1, 2 or 3? How was the sizing?

I'm looking to buy a used pair of Salomon Techamphibian (preferably the 1, 2 or 3 model), but since these shoes have been discontinued for years, I can't find reliable sizing information.

Did they run true to size, large, or small? Can anyone help??
