Full Stack Dev + UI/UX

Hi, I’m looking for a full-stack web developer with very strong UI/UX skills.

We already have the two websites live. I need someone who can take control of the websites, understand what is already built, and make the adjustments we want. I have a Google Drive with screen recordings of the site so you can see our style.

The first part is improving the current 'tracking' site. Some of it is frontend, some may be backend, but the main thing is that the person needs to be comfortable taking over an existing website and making it feel much cleaner, sharper, and more premium. I don’t just want someone who can make things work technically. The UI/UX needs to be very good. Use AI, but it MUST not look AI at all. The website is 90% done, there's users just some feature implementation and debugging.

After that, we want to work on the second website, the LMS for the brand. Proper user accounts, course/module structure, content delivery, progress tracking, admin controls, and models. We want it to feel sleek, professional, NOT AI LIKE while being clean and simple for the user, not cheap template like or messy AI structure. We already have one, with some users again but its only around 20% of where we want it to be.

So two websites, one is 90% done and the other is 20% done.

So the role is a full-stack developer, but with proper product/UI taste as well.

Pay will be in INR, based on the quality of work and scope. Show me your websites, LMS and your skillset. For this project, one time approx 30k INR+, and this can transform from a one time role into a full time role. This is remote. Looking for someone who can take ownership of the web side and communicate clearly. Thanks
