Feeling strange after first AA meeting

everyone was cool and stuff, and the higher power wasn’t an issue for me or anything. the guys there just made it seem like if I don’t start coming every day then I’m totally fucked. and there is no way I can go every day, I’ve got 2 kids under 5 at home and leaving my wife w them and the dog every day is not an option. I can do like once a week but I feel like they’re gonna keep pressuring me. anyone else have this experience?
