Vaggie suffered immensely because she was an Exorcist. She was forced to kill when she didn't want to, endured physical and psychological abuse from Adam and Lute, was exiled and mutilated, and from what we've seen, nobody seemed concerned when she disappeared. She was even so ashamed of having been an Exorcist that she couldn't bring herself to tell Charlie. It's a massive trauma that still haunts her and that she continues to carry.

That's why I think having her be the one to deprogram the Exorcists or reform the system would essentially make her responsible for an organization that hurt and abandoned her. She shouldn't have to be tied to such a major source of trauma.

The ones who should be dealing with this are Heaven and, specifically, the people who organized the exterminations. They're the ones who allowed the Exorcists to become sadistic killing machines when it suited them. Just because they're now making peace with Hell doesn't mean Hell has to clean up every mess Heaven created. Sera and Abel should be the ones addressing this because it is directly their responsibility, not Vaggie's.

On top of that, Vaggie already has plenty of responsibilities with the hotel and the redemption program. She can't be expected to spend her time rehabilitating soldiers when redemption is finally being taken seriously and the hotel is likely busier than ever.

Opinion: I don't want Vaggie to be the one responsible for dealing with the Exorcist issue.
