PGY2 resident at UofM offering clinical study help — shelf prep, Step 2, rounds survival

Throwaway but real offer — I'm a PGY2 pediatric resident at the University of Michigan finishing up my second year of rotations. A few students on my team suggested I post here after I helped them prep for their shelf exams.

Offering study help for:
- Any shelf exam (peds, medicine, surgery, OB, psych — you name it)
- Step 2 CK clinical vignettes and reasoning
- General MS3 clinical reasoning and pimp question survival

By this point in residency I've rotated through pretty much everything, so I can help across specialties — not just peds. I focus on how to actually think through a case, not just what to memorize.
