Romete Play on JB PS5 (10.6) BD-JB

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up chiaki-ng with my jailbroken PS5, but I keep hitting a wall. Right now, I'm using the user account that came with a restored profile on my console. Every time I try to get the 8-digit link PIN, the PS5 throws error CE-110032-7 because my custom DNS blocks the connection.

I don't care about my current savegames at all, so I want to know if I can just create a brand new, real PSN account right now, log into it on the console, and use that to get the Remote Play working.

My plan would be to temporarily switch the DNS to automatic, log into the new PSN account, link Chiaki, and then immediately turn the custom DNS back on to block updates.

Is this safe to do on a jailbroken console just for the initial pairing? Will it mess up my installed PKGs, payloads, or this restored profile account?
