Has the sterling silver market improved?

I saw that some months ago it was advised NOT to sell silver flatware because the refineries were not able to keep up and they didn't want to buy this stuff. Has that improved? I have some stamped 92.5 flatware I'd like to sell, but I can't figure out if this is a good time or a very bad time to unload them.
