I have no idea what to do with my hair thickness

I see tips given to coarse haired people, fine haired people, medium haired people, and the thing is that after every test, after analysing dozens of hairs on my brush, after asking opinions, I have come to the conclusion I have all of them. On the crown I have coarse and medium and fine hair, on the edges mostly fine (as expected?), on the sides mostly medium and fine with some coarse, etc. The thing is... Whose advice do I listen to?! What products, what actions to avoid, etc.

Like I genuinely feel like there's no "dominant" profile over here
