How to avoid motion Sickness on Ps5

I'm on Ps5 and pre-ordered the remake. Secured the Gothic 1 Classic port, played it for 8 minutes and had to stop. How do you fix the massive delay in screen movement giving me genuine motion sickness? I played the original 3 on PC and never had anywhere near this level of dizzying effect.
