Missed miscarriage/ 3rd baby, 1st our baby

My husband had his vasectomy reversed 2 years ago tomorrow. It took us 22 long and hard months to get pregnant and we did so on our 1st IUI cycle. My husband since the reversal has had great sperm count but poor motility, we did just about everything to help improve finally with some improvement was successful but sadly just ended in a MMC. I went in at 7w5d amd baby stopped growing at 6w4d ish, we had just saw the heartbeat 2 day before baby stopped growing. I just passed the pregnancy late last night early this morning where I even saw my tiny little chocolate chip!

Now with all that said and our long journey to have gotten here just to now have to be back at square one has anyone had any similar experiences? How long did it take you to get pregnant again? Did you conceive naturally or did you have do IUI/IVF?
