Amazfit Hellio ring 12 siza

I’ve had an Amazfit Helio ring #Helioring for a year. A few months ago, the battery consumption suddenly shot up, and instead of lasting 2 to 3 days, it started lasting only a few hours. Searching online, I found a tip to do a hard reset using the charger pin. I did it, and the battery consumption went back to normal. That was until a month ago, when the battery level suddenly stopped showing — the ring kept displaying 100% battery all the time. It lasted three and a half days, then ran out of battery and disconnected. I tried doing a hard reset again, but nothing. Now I can’t get the ring to connect at all. It just sits there with the blue lights flashing, and I’ve tried it with several phones but can’t get it to connect to any of them. Is there any chance of a fix?
