For context, I (30) have been using sunscreen, moisturizer and cleaning gel till now. 😂 I added an eye moisturizer last year and sometimes use a metal roller with c vitamin hyaluronic acid serum (cheap brand) for eyes at night. ***(See below for summary to skip details)***

Lately I realized my skin doesn’t absorb sunscreen and moisturizer as it used to, like surface feels oily although I have dry to combo skin; I was wondering if I have excessive dead skin that’s blocking. (Or maybe due to summer they look oily than they used to…)

Also I don’t know how do we decide which product do I need to add to my routine? (Aha, bha, caffeine, vitamin c, niacinamine, retinoid/retinol etc)

And I’ve always had this white top little bumps on my chin area, is it something normal or do I need extra care to remove them? What do you do if you have those white bumps on chin?

**P.S.** I did a little research about the acids and serums but I don’t know what does my skin need. Because to me it looks healthy, okay-ish. I want to keep the routine minimal and based on cleaning, moisturizing, anti-age and maintaining.

I also smoke and have irregular sleep and I haven’t been exercising a while so before I fix those, I don’t wanna add too many products.

**Summary:**
• Do the little white bumps on chin need extra care, what do you do if you have them?

• How do you know what product to add to your skin? Any ideas for me based on second pic?

• How do we know we have excessive dead skin that needs special cleaning? What would be a risk free option for it? (other creams absorb less lately)

• What did you add to your routine after 30 as a must regardless of skin type?

**Current routine:**
Am: water wash, sunscreen (sebamed)
Pm: double cleansing micellar (garnier), cleaning gel (neutrogena), moisturizer (cerave) + eye moisturizer (dermoskin)
