Contemplating moving to FF from Crop

I have a 7D and recently moved to an R7 without giving it a lot of thought since I was comfortable with the crop before. Now I’m thinking I might really be more of a FF-shooter as I like taking landscapes, still life, some macro. Would probably keep the R7 for birds and the like, but thinking maybe a R6iii would be an interesting move? Anyone else move from crop to FF and found their “niche”? I just take pics for fun, so not professional or anything. Thanks for any input!
