Now that Create is on bedrock, is it possible to install it on mobile?

for context, I work in youthcare and a client of mine wants to play Create on his Samsung Galaxy A16, running bedrock. I've been reading a lot about different launchers and stuff, and it all seems very difficult to set up, especially for a young kid who has a disability.
