Is this normal, or am I really a bad person

So, whenever I watch adult content (mostly mms), for few seconds some people I know come to mind (for ex- crush) and I immediately try to distract myself from thinking in that direction. I genuinely feel very bad, but I am not sure if this happens to everyone or it's just me and I am just another bad person in society.

Also, one more thing is that I have feet fetish (idk I feel ashamed😭), So I checkout feet of women in real life or when watching reels or something. I feel very ashamed.

How to avoid thinking about known people when watching adult content and how to avoid looking at feet (I have tried looking away before, but I need permanent solution).
