Four hours in Tampa in July

What would you do for 4 hours mid-day in Tampa in July? Three adults.

Willing to travel outside of North Bon Air area but that is roughly the beginning and end point.

The people I'm meeting are females that like things like thrift stores and they don't live in Florida but open to any ideas.
