Nest Pension - Help

Hello,

Couple questions if I may please! I'm 38 with 50k on the Nest Retirement Date Fund.

Is this a good amount at my age?

I note I could move to Nest Sharia Fund - 5 year annualised volatility of 12.7%. If it's trading you can't promise a return of 12.7% so what does this actually mean?
