Is it worth investing in an IEM?
I'm quite a novice when it comes to audio. I've always used generic Chinese Bluetooth in-ear headphones; lately I was using a pair called LE391-1, but I lost them. I'm thinking of getting a Moondrop Chu II to use with my phone. Is it really that different from regular headphones in terms of separating vocals and instruments? I've been playing guitar for a while, although I'm not very skilled in that area, but I find it a bit difficult to separate the instruments and analyze the guitar separately. I also wanted to know if there's much difference between listening to the acoustic sound of the guitar and listening to the sound through headphones using an audio interface (my guitar is electro-acoustic and has a 1/4" output via the GS-3T equalizer). Is the Moondrop Chu II really a good option? Or are there better ones?
