Scared of topiramate

GP has prescribed this for me as I’m really struggling with my migraines but also didn’t want anything that would cause anxiety or weight gain (post bariatric patient)

I have very bad anxiety and health anxiety

My migraines are main vestibular, the pain can get bad but it’s not really the worst symptom

I was very silly and googled the side effects and now I am TERRIFIED

Can anyone offer any insight? I’m too scared to start taking it
