Never had an outbreak

I’ recently got tested and found out I have hsv 1+2 I’ve been single over a year and a half and don’t know when I could have gotten it had to atleast be over 2 years ago but what’s crazy to me is I’ve NEVER had an outbreak… anyone else in the same boat? at first I was distressed but honestly to me it’s no longer something I don’t see as a big deal but I’ve started taking monolaurin to reduce my risk when I do engage in sex again.
