Disappointing IVF results

Hello, yall! I was wondering if I could have any insight.
I’m a 29 year old female, AMH around 2.3 and no reproductive issues. I just did IVF-ICSI for MFI/failed vasectomy reversal.
We were originally told by the doctor that since I’m young and healthy I will probably get 6 euploid embryos by the end.
My husband’s TESE went well.
at the end of the stim cycle I had 20 follicles —> 16 eggs retrieved —> 9 mature —> 7 fertilized —> 2 blasts and awaiting PGTA testing.
I am pretty devastated at the news.
Has anyone had similar disappointing results that were not explained? My clinic didn’t have anything to say. On top of that, I have been having a pretty bad depression after the retrieval.
I think If anything I just need to vent.
