Commanders and Happiness

I don't know who needs to hear this, but a lvl 12 commander just turned my happiness from -36 to +50 just by hanging out in the city center. I'm on Deity if it matters.

I'm very tired of posts complaining about city limits. The only limit is your skill. And happiness. In this case, they are related. Thank you for coming to my Civ TEDx Talk.
