Is now a good time to buy pc parts or just buy a pre built. I was thinking of purchasing a 9070 xt & ryzen 7 7800x3d. Ddr5 32gb ram. 2tb ssd.

If yes, where is the best place for specials or deals.

Alternatively I can buy individual parts and just wait for each specifically to drop in price. Thank you
